Some guided meditations include sessions to sleep better, relieve stress, relieve anxiety, improve productivity and sport performance. These guided meditations should not be used to replace medical treatment. These guided sessions should be used as an enhancement to your overall sense of well-being and performance.
B. Paid Subscription: while subscribed to the BE app you will get access to all content within the app. You will only have access to the subscription based content while your subscription is active.
